Security
Security begins with controlled access and careful configuration content.
Protect access
Section titled “Protect access”- Give workspace access only to authorized team members.
- Use individual accounts rather than shared credentials.
- Review signed-in identity before changing billing or call behavior.
- Sign out from devices you do not control.
Keep secrets out of settings
Section titled “Keep secrets out of settings”Do not place passwords, access keys, payment information, or internal credentials in Business Profile, Knowledge, reception instructions, message fields, or Support attachments.
Verify high-impact changes
Section titled “Verify high-impact changes”Changes to phone delivery, booking, live handoff, and qualification can affect real callers. Test a narrow path after saving and confirm the resulting Agent Center record.
Report concerns
Section titled “Report concerns”If you believe workspace access or caller data is at risk, use the direct contact path in Support. Share enough customer-visible context to identify the issue without sending secrets.
