Account, billing, and alerts
Account & Billing contains workspace-level controls that are separate from caller conversation settings.
Profile and security
Section titled “Profile and security”Review the signed-in account identity and available security controls. Keep access limited to people who should manage the workspace.
Plan and billing
Section titled “Plan and billing”Open Account & Billing, choose Billing, and review the current plan. For an active paid workspace, select Manage plan to open the secure Stripe billing portal. Use the account actions Stripe makes available there to update a payment method, review invoices, or manage the subscription, then return to Agent Center.
If Manage plan is not shown, the workspace may still need paid activation or may use a RevSystems-managed internal entitlement without a Stripe subscription. Call Support for account-specific billing help rather than entering payment details into the Support assistant.
Billing changes do not rewrite your Business Profile, voice settings, or Call Handling configuration.
Alerts
Section titled “Alerts”Use Notifications to control the available external updates for completed workspace activity, including message alerts where offered. Confirm that the destination email or phone belongs to the intended team member. Agent Center remains the central place to review the underlying record.
An enabled alert preference does not replace action verification. For example, confirm an appointment in Calendar & Booking and Inbox rather than relying only on an alert.
Message capture and message alert delivery are separate. A saved message can appear in Inbox even when an external alert is Off, filtered, delayed, or unavailable.
Keep settings in one place
Section titled “Keep settings in one place”Use Account & Billing as the authority for workspace alert preferences. Other product sections may point you here, but should not create a second set of alert controls.
