Appointments
Open Agent Center > Activity > Appointments to view confirmed appointments booked through your RevSystems Calendar. The list can include appointments booked by Clara during a call and appointments made directly through your public booking link.
Inbox is the agent-activity record for a call, while Appointments is the calendar-wide appointment-management view. A Clara-booked appointment can appear in both places because each view answers a different question. A public-link booking can appear in Appointments without an Inbox call record.
What appears in Appointments
Section titled “What appears in Appointments”Appointments shows confirmed bookings committed through your RevSystems Calendar. Each row can show the scheduled time and timezone, appointment title, attendee, duration, available contact details, and confirmation status.
The page does not combine arbitrary events from other calendars. It also does not label whether a booking came from Clara or the public link. Use the related Inbox call record when you need call-specific context.
Review upcoming and past bookings
Section titled “Review upcoming and past bookings”Use Upcoming for future confirmed appointments and Past for earlier bookings. Search by an attendee name, email, phone number, or appointment title, then select Search. Clear the search to return to the complete view.
Select an appointment to review its available details. The list uses the business timezone shown with the booking, so check that timezone before coordinating follow-up.
Appointments compared with Inbox
Section titled “Appointments compared with Inbox”Inbox is the agent-activity record for a call, while Appointments is the calendar-wide appointment-management view. A Clara-booked appointment can appear in both.
- Use Appointments to manage the calendar-wide list of confirmed RevSystems Calendar bookings, including bookings made through the public booking link.
- Use Home and Inbox to review the activity record for a call, such as the Call Report, qualification result, message, or handoff.
- A booking Clara creates during a call can appear in Appointments and in the related Inbox activity.
- A booking made through the public booking link does not require a call and may have no Inbox activity.
Seeing the same confirmed appointment in both views does not mean two bookings were created. The views can reference the same booking from different operational contexts.
Configuration and booking behavior
Section titled “Configuration and booking behavior”Calendar & Booking remains the place to configure availability, calendar connection, and whether your agent can check or confirm appointments. Appointments is a read-only review surface; changing a row does not change booking configuration.
For a setup and verification sequence, see Prepare appointment booking. If an expected booking is missing, use Booking did not complete and compare the authoritative calendar, Appointments, and any related Inbox record.
Current boundaries
Section titled “Current boundaries”Appointments covers confirmed bookings made through the mapped RevSystems Calendar. The current view does not provide booking-origin filters, editing, cancellation, rescheduling, reminders, or external-calendar event synchronization.
