Supported voices

RevSystems currently offers nine selectable voices in Voice & Behavior. Each voice supports the same calling capabilities; the choice changes how your agent sounds, not which actions it can complete.

Voice Style Good starting point for
Maya Warm and natural A versatile, conversational reception style
Miles Calm and polished A measured, professional reception style
Cora Bright and friendly Welcoming service-oriented conversations
Sofia Soft and reassuring Calm, attentive caller interactions
Stella Upbeat and welcoming High-energy, friendly first impressions
Theo Confident and crisp Direct, professional call handling
Alex Direct and efficient Concise, task-focused conversations
Blake Expressive and composed A more conversational, expressive delivery
Evan Clear and grounded Straightforward, easy-to-follow conversations

Maya and Miles are the recommended starting choices. They are broad all-purpose options, but the best voice is the one that sounds clearest with your business name, service terms, and greeting.

  1. Open Voice & Behavior in Agent Center.
  2. Under Voice, select Change voice.
  3. Play as many samples as you need. Previewing does not change the saved selection.
  4. Select a voice, choose Done, and save the Voice & Behavior section.
  5. Start a new test call. Saved voice changes apply to new calls, not a conversation already in progress.

A general sample cannot predict every business name or industry term. Test:

  • the full primary greeting;
  • the business name and agent name;
  • street names, cities, and service areas;
  • product names, abbreviations, and uncommon terms;
  • one normal question and one longer answer.

If an important term sounds unclear, simplify or spell out that term before changing several settings at once. See Voice or greeting issue for a focused review process.

An older workspace may show Avery as a legacy saved voice. That selection remains unchanged until you explicitly choose and save one of the current voices. Avery is not part of the nine-voice selection gallery.

The selectable list can evolve as voice quality is reviewed. This page is the customer-facing reference for the currently available choices.
