Business Profile
Business Profile contains the basic facts your voice agent can use when speaking with callers. Keep this information accurate, concise, and safe to share publicly.
Available fields
Section titled “Available fields”- Business name and industry establish who the caller reached.
- Website, phone, and email provide approved contact information.
- Business description explains what the business does.
- Service areas identify the locations you serve.
- Business hours communicate when the team is generally available.
- Timezone anchors the hours and scheduling language.
Writing effective business facts
Section titled “Writing effective business facts”Use plain language a caller can understand. Avoid internal notes, employee-only procedures, credentials, account numbers, or private customer information.
For the business description, lead with what you do and who you help. Put detailed service answers in Knowledge and conversation rules in Voice & Behavior.
Saving changes
Section titled “Saving changes”Review the full section before selecting Save changes. Saved profile information becomes available to new caller experiences after the update is accepted. It does not by itself enable qualification, booking, handoff, or message taking.
After a meaningful edit, start a new test conversation and ask a direct question about the changed fact.
