Data and privacy

Configure your voice agent with information that is appropriate for callers and collect only the information needed for the intended action.

Business Profile and Knowledge should contain approved customer-facing facts. Do not add passwords, private keys, payment-card data, private customer records, or employee-only procedures.

Booking and message taking may require identity and callback details. Keep optional intake focused on the action. Avoid requesting sensitive information when a staff follow-up can collect it through an approved process.

Review files before attaching them in Support. Remove unrelated customer information, credentials, and internal-only material.

Limit workspace access to people who should manage the voice agent and review calls. Sign out of shared devices and use the available account security controls.
