Home and Inbox
Home gives you a quick operational view. Inbox gives you the detailed activity records used for review and follow-up.
Use Home to check:
- recent call volume;
- bookings, handoffs, and messages;
- current readiness signals;
- the latest activity from your voice agent.
The summary is useful for orientation, but open the underlying item when you need to understand what happened.
Inbox brings call activity into one review surface. Depending on the completed path, an item can include caller information, timing, a Call Report, qualification status, booking details, handoff status, message details, and follow-up indicators.
Use filters and search to narrow the list. Open an item before acting on a truncated preview, especially when a caller needs follow-up.
Inbox is the activity record for a call. Use Appointments for the calendar-wide list of confirmed RevSystems Calendar bookings, including direct public-link bookings that do not have a call record. A booking created during a voice-agent call can appear in both views.
For a saved message, review the dedicated message body, caller name, callback choice, callback number, recipient, and urgency when those details were provided. Turning Message Taking Off does not remove historical messages.
For supported completed calls, Call Report explains the reason for the call, conversation highlights, agent actions, and recorded outcomes. A new report may briefly show that it is still being prepared.
Contacts
Section titled “Contacts”Contacts groups known caller identity and history. Use it to understand previous interactions, but verify current contact information before relying on it for an important follow-up.
Reading status safely
Section titled “Reading status safely”Treat the recorded status as the source of truth for completed actions. A spoken intent is not the same as a completed appointment or handoff. If an item says an action needs review, follow the related troubleshooting guide instead of assuming it succeeded.
